Contracts are due in the Prairie Nutcracker office, 116 S. Main, by 6 p.m. Friday, Sept. 27. Without this agreement, your part will be given to another dancer. All ballet cast members pay a $25 membership fee* which includes rehearsals, costumes and production week.
* Snow, Snow Ponies, & Adult Dignitaries exempt.
Performance Dates: Fri. Dec. 13, Sat. Dec. 14 & Sun. Dec. 15
Production week begins with a run-thru Sat. Dec. 7 and ends Sun. Dec. 15.
Dear Parents:
We have asked the dancers to sign the agreement below so there is no question of their obligation to the company once they have been accepted as cast members. We also appreciate that it is you, the parents, who will bear the brunt of car-pooling, scheduling of meals, and general calendar juggling so that your children will have the opportunity of dancing in Prairie Nutcracker 2013.

Prairie Nutcracker Cast Contract
I agree to be available for Prairie Nutcracker rehearsals without exception (unless already specified on audition form). I realize that the success of these 2013 productions largely depend on the committed focus of our cast during rehearsals, and that I may be replaced, if I miss one. I understand that I should be warmed up and ready to dance before the scheduled rehearsal time. I also understand that my role may be subject to change.
I have read the above show dates and the enclosed rehearsal schedule and understand that rehearsals will be at ArtisTree, 116 South Main unless otherwise designated.
I understand that Prairie Nutcracker, its concept, design, music & choreography, may not be used or replicated without the permission of Prairie Nutcracker Foundation.
